Myanmar Automobile Development Public Company (MADP) was founded on the 30th of September, 2014 by a group of entrepreneurs with a capital investment of 20 billion kyats. Over 120 companies in Automobile industry are members of MADP. Together with Myanma Automobile Manufacturers & Distributors Association (MAMDA), MADP founded Myanmar Motor Volunteer Foundation (MMVF) to give back to and generate the positive impact upon the communities in which it works and lives. MADP sees the success of business and the needs of citizens are closely linked to drive and achieve forward progress.

MADP stretches out its hand by its subsidiary companies to reach the markets’ demands and achieve the new challenges. Through its subsidiaries, MADP operates variety of businesses such as distribution of new cars, sales of used cars, providing after sales services, dealership of Suzuki Cars, Hitachi battery and Micking Lubricants, Construction. In the near future, MADP has a plan to manufacture automobiles in Yangon.

In 2016, MADP makes the significant milestones. It got the AEC Priority Integration Sectors Excellence Awards 2016 by ASEAN Business Advisory Council.
